We’re excited to share that our latest downtown housing project has been officially submitted to the Planning Department! The project is being developed by Community HousingWorks, in partnership with TriCorp Construction.
The project will bring new residential energy and modern design to the heart of the city. We’re proud to serve as the architects for this effort and look forward to seeing it take shape as part of the ongoing revitalization of our downtown community.

We’re thrilled to share that Glendon, a senior housing community in Oak Park developed by Related California, has been named one of the Best Real Estate Projects by the Sacramento Business Journal!
Designed by Mogavero Architects and interior designers Mannigan Design, and built by Deacon Construction, Glendon brings high-quality, affordable homes to seniors along Stockton Boulevard—helping strengthen and revitalize this historic neighborhood.

Tents, Trees & Tasty Chili — Annual Office Camping Trip
Our Annual Office Camping Trip took us to the majestic Calaveras Big Trees, and it did not disappoint!
From gathering around the campfire with homemade cocktails to the great Pinecone Showdown (yes, it’s a thing now), and a chili tasting that sparked some friendly debate — the weekend was packed with laughs, nature, and a healthy dose of team bonding.
