Brilliant!  I finally had the chance to see the new public art installation “Confluence” by architect, Greg Taylor and electrical engineer, Sompol Chatusripitak at the Richards Boulevard underpass of of I-5.  They transformed a concrete underpass and made it gorgeous. You have to go at night.  I love how it re-stitches the River District back together using only pattern and light.
