Bartlett Commons, our affordable housing project with CFY Development, Inc. within The Cannery, Davis’ new farm-to-table community, will receive a 2018 Best Real Estate Project Award by the Sacramento Business Journal.

Bartlett Commons, completed in January of this year, features 62 rental units made up of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Residents benefit from the amenities in the immediate area; public parks, bike and walking pathways, a working 7-acre farm and a 2,000 square foot community building with fitness room, classroom and laundry facilities. An adjacent market and Town Center within the community are easily accessible for restaurants and shopping.

The Sacramento Business Journal will honor the highest impact real estate projects, along with the key players involved; the developer, general contractor and architect, at a special breakfast on September 28, 2018.

This is the ninth award Mogavero Architects has received by the Sacramento Business Journal over the past ten years for projects in the Sacramento Region. Also recognized this year is our third student housing project on the UC Davis Campus, Tercero Student Housing Phase 4.
