Grand Opening of Self-Help Enterprise’s STONEGATE VILLAGE

Self-Help Enterprises has unveiled this beautifully produced Grand Opening video for the Stonegate Village project in Patterson, CA. What an honor it has been to help bring this much needed 138-unit affordable workforce housing project to one of the agricultural hubs of the world.

The common green at the center of the project includes a 2,500 sf community building with a large multipurpose room, a shared kitchen, computer room, laundromat and management offices. The outdoor spaces include a full sized basketball court, children’s play area and a large lawn for outdoor activities.

Like the common areas, the residences are primarily solar powered with hundreds of PV panels incorporated onto the roof. The buildings are certified Green Point Rated which requires that they are at least 10% more efficient than California’s strict energy code. All residences have balconies or patios, full kitchen and baths, and laundry hook ups. Half of all residences are accessible or adaptable.

Huge kudos to all involved in making this project happen and, most importantly, to the residents that will bring life to this new community!
