Mercy Housing Affordable Project Grand Opening in Woodland

West Beamer Place in Woodland celebrated its grand opening earlier this week. The affordable permanent supportive housing project developed in partnership with Mercy Housing California and the Yolo County Housing Authority features 80 residences designed by Mogavero Architects.

This family housing project is a unique mixture of garden-style apartments, townhouses, family and special needs units.

Centered around a large green space with a shared garden and children’s play area, the community also features a 4,000 square foot community building with a computer area and teaching kitchen. Residents may also access social services on-site.
