Bright bold colors return to liven up Live Oaks Maple Park neighborhood. We are pleased to have this phase of the project coming to an end with construction as this completes the entire site as a whole. The three story building is similar to phase one, bringing forth a dynamic all of its own, yet remaining complementary. As with phase one the contrastive siding patterns and striking bold colors gives the building a sense of individual identity and character.  The team, Regional Housing Authority of Sutter and Nevada Counties, Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) and general contractor Sunseri has been a pleasure to work with and provided excellent, results and attention to detail.
