Sierra Village, Mogavero Architects’ affordable housing project for Self-Help Enterprises, received an Award of Excellence for Sustainable Residential Development from the San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Program.

Located in Dinuba, California, Sierra Village is an energy and transportation friendly community created for area farm workers and their families. Sustainable features include solar PV, water conservation measures, and a vanpool program in partnership with the California Vanpool Authority that residents and the surrounding community can utilize to transport to and from work.
A joint initiative of the San Joaquin Council of Governments, the San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Awards Program recognizes Sustainable Development Projects throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
