Judges for the PCBC’s Gold Nugget Awards have selected West Gateway Place, Mogavero Architects’ affordable housing community project in West Sacramento, as a finalist for their 2018 Awards.

The Gold Nugget “Merit Award” for the 30-60 units per density/acre Affordable Housing category will be announced at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC)’s Gold Nugget dinner in June.

Last year, Mogavero Architects won Gold Nugget Awards for two projects, Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op and the CSU Sacramento Dining Commons Servery.
