Salvator Apartments is an infill development located near the Royal Oaks Light Rail Station, providing access to transportation to downtown Sacramento and other nearby neighborhood areas with jobs and services. Community HousingWorks’ sustainable, transit-oriented development features 128 new apartment homes.
